Dashboard Overview

In the screenshot below, we’ve circled some important things to remember.

1. In the top right corner, is your profile and Notification Center.
In this area, you can logout, or see important notifications from your account.

2. Help & Support
If you are looking for more tutorials or need to submit a ticket, click this tab.

3. Settings
For integrations, account users, account settings, and more, click the settings tab.

The main page of your dashboard includes some items such as workflows, conversion rate, manual actions, and tasks.

The workflows card shows you how many people are currently in a pipeline under the workflows tab.

The conversion rate shows you the percentage of people that have completed a workflow.

The manual actions card shows you how many outstanding phone calls and text messages are assigned to you.

The tasks tab is a checklist box for any assigned tasks to you.
