Add Account Users

A great feature of ChurchFlow 360 is the ability to add unlimited amount of account users no matter what plan you are on.

Under the settings menu, click on “My Staff.”

Then click “Add Employee” in the top right hand corner.

This will open a pop-up box that will ask for user information. Be sure to input their name, email and phone number.

You will also create a temporary password, and this will be emailed to them upon completion of their account being created.

Now you can set their user status and permissions.

Admins – have full account access just like the account owner.

Users – have account access based on the permissions the account owner or other admins set for them.

You can edit their permissions under user permissions.

*Note, if someone is set to admin, it does not matter what permissions you turn on/off, as they can change them as well.

BE SURE TO CLICK SAVE AT BOTTOM OF POP-UP TO CREATE USER.
